How long till I receive my Item?
All orders are 3-4 weeks processing plus postage time. During peak times we appreciate your patience as we work through your orders are quickly as possible.

Please note Guaranteed Christmas orders closed on the 16th November 2016. If you order after this time we will do out very best to have your order out before Christmas but you must select express post as we can't guarantee delivery timeframes. 

If you need your order earlier, please ensure you select Rush My Order. This will ensure your order to put to the front of the queue and will be processed in 5 business days. Please note this does not mean your order will be sent via express post, if you require express post, you will need to select this option. 

Shipping
All items are shipped via standard Aust Post. If you need your item express posted please contact us before placing order.

Please note once your item has been posted NICD do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. As most items are sent via regular letter mail, tracking is not provided. However if you want tracking included you will need to purchase registered post for an extra $4.

Returns
Please select your products carefully, as we do not accept returns if you change your mind or make an incorrect choice. 

Please keep in mind our products are hand made and minor imperfections may occur.
